In order to access the Dog Aging Project participant portal, you must first nominate your dog at dogagingproject.org. This will launch a brief nomination survey. Upon completion, you will receive an invitation via email to set up your personal portal. At that point, you will be able to use this page to log in to your personal portal.

If you have already nominated your dog but have not yet received an invitation to set up your personal portal, please DO NOT submit another nomination. The delay is a result of a technical issue that we are actively working to resolve. Please bear with us.
